About Propal
Propal is a platform for managing real estate agent work and a marketplace for searching properties on a map. Every listing comes from an identity-verified agent, and contracts and electronic signatures are supported under Thai law.
What is Propal?
Propal (propal.online) offers two connected services - a public property search map for buyers and tenants, free to use without signing up, and a work management system for agents covering properties, clients, appointments, contracts with electronic signatures, and commission calculation. Every listing on the public map comes from an agent actually using the system, not data pulled from elsewhere.
Agent identity verification
Agents who want to list properties on the public map must first be identity-verified by our team. A public agent profile page shows name, photo, affiliation and track record (number of listings and closed deals) so interested people can assess before contacting. People interested in a property leave their number in the system, and the agent managing the listing contacts them back.
Electronic signatures and contracts
Contracts made through Propal support electronic signatures, which have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001). Each signing records supporting evidence (the time the document was opened, the time consent was given, the time of signing, the device, and a checksum of the document) to confirm the document's completeness later.
Personal data protection
Propal collects and uses personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Public property pages show the location only at province and district level, with no detailed address or coordinates, and do not disclose the property owner's contact details.
